Integration portal for new corporate clients of the consortium.
Each new company joining the consortium had to coordinate rack allocation, security audits, and access to data analysis platforms via emails and spreadsheets. The process took between 15 and 20 business days, with frequent documentation errors and delays in service activation.
We designed a single web portal where each client completes an entry form, uploads regulatory compliance certificates, and selects the type of infrastructure they need. The system automatically validates documents against consortium requirements and assigns an integration team.
The portal was developed with a microservices architecture on containers. The frontend layer consumes REST APIs that connect to the rack inventory management system and the compliance rules engine. A notification module was integrated to alert the client and the internal team about each status change.
Onboarding time was reduced to 5 business days. Documentation errors dropped by 80%, and clients can monitor their integration progress in real time. The portal currently handles an average of 12 monthly incorporations without manual intervention.
